This 1-hour workshop will be led by Chef Peter Keith from Meuwly's and Mark Kondrat from AB Beer Festival. They'll share some stories and fun anecdotes about Alberta's food and craft beer scene, while walking you through six pairings of cured meats and craft beers (6x2oz). You'll learn their approach to creating your own delicious, accessible food and beer pairings at home!
