The Chef's table is a one of a kind experience with Chef Cara, Chef Jordan and Xavier. Each dish is custom created for the night, based on your preferences and dietary needs. Imagine, Chef Cara or Jordan is 6 feet away from you building and garnishing your dish, you try a few samples while it's being plated, then our team introduces a wine or cocktail that Xavier has selected.

You continue your conversation, chat with your neighbours, gaze out the window at an uninterrupted view of downtown and the river valley from the third floor.  You embrace the dish and savour it, you have 4 - 6 courses to enjoy, the night is going to be great.
