What you should know before placing your EPIC order!

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?

Someone from the EPIC team will get back to you within 2 business days and schedule a call to review some of your needs and requirements before sending you a detailed quote.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT YOU CATER FOR?

We require five or more guests for our catering orders, but we can suggest other options if you’ve got a smaller guest list.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE PRICES AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We want to make sure you get an accurate price, and sometimes that’s hard to do without a little research and figuring out on our end. Following your order request, we'll schedule a quick call so we can ask you some questions that will help us plan and price a menu. Then we can email you a proposal. This doesn’t take long, and if you’re in a rush, we can get it done right away.

DO WE HAVE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL FROM EPIC FOR OUR EVENT?

No. Clients may supply their own alcohol but serving will require purchasing an event permit at liquor merchants.
If you wish for our staff to serve/bartend, there will be additional fees charged for staffing and corkage (e.g. supplies necessary to run a bar like glassware, bar tools, and more).

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES OR OTHER SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Yes, if a specific need is required, we will accommodate. Final details for dietary requests are due with final guest count. Please note: EPIC is NOT an allergen-free facility.
