Charcuterie & Wine with Meuwly's

Learn to master the art of building a charcuterie/cheese board!

This interactive workshop will be led by Chef Peter Keith from Meuwly's, who will walk you through the steps on how to build a beautiful board with delicious cured meats, cheeses, condiments, and crackers.

Of course, this event would not be complete without wine! Several tasters will be offered throughout the evening, carefully selected to be the best pairings to the meats and cheeses used on your board (6 x 3oz wine glasses).
